| When canceling an application for a CFP certification exam, the examinee can do so after logging in at FPSB Korea's website during the designated cancellation period. |
| For 100% refund of payment via credit card, payment is canceled immediately; in other cases, a refund is made to the designated account within one week of the end of the exam period. |
| A refund is possible only during the designated period. Failure to cancel during the period is tantamount to waiving the refund of the exam fee. |

| To change from a partial exam application to a total exam application, or vice versa, the examinee can do so after logging in at FPSB Korea's website during the application change period. |
| For an exam fee refund according to the application reduction, we pay the amount to the designated account within one week of the end of the exam period. The refund amount is applied based on the application change and cancellation period as described in the exam schedule. Thus, for a change of application within the 100% refund period, we pay 100% of the amount minus the fee amount for the remaining exam. In case of a change of the application within the 50% refund period, we pay 50% of the amount minus the fee amount for the remaining exam. |
| A change of application is possible when applied for during the designated period (a change of application is impossible if no application is submitted). |

| In the case of an urgent medical circumstance, or if the examinee cannot take the exam due to a death in the family, he/she may fill out a cancellation & refund form (download at FPSB Korea's website) and submit it together with the appropriate documentary evidence by fax 10 days after the end of the exam period. The exam fee is refunded in full only upon approval by FPSB Korea. As documentary evidence, the examinee should submit a confirmation of hospitalization or medical certificate. |
